Job Overview
A dynamic Video Production Engineer is needed to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. This contract‑to‑permanent position involves supervising video production operations, managing A/V systems, and creating compelling visual content that connects with the community. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the video production team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and maintain A/V systems, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and ensuring optimal performance.
- Produce engaging video and photography content that aligns with organizational goals and initiatives.
- Operate A/V equipment during studio shoots, field productions, and live events.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for broadcast and production operations.
- Create or oversee the development of 2D and 3D animations for digital and television platforms.
- Research and propose innovative and cost‑effective solutions for production technology.
- Lead training sessions for staff on the latest production tools and techniques.
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables for video projects to ensure successful execution.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in video production and A/V systems management.
- Proven leadership experience in managing creative and technical teams.
- Advanced skills in video editing, animation, lighting, and related production tools.
- Strong expertise in system configuration, design, and troubleshooting.
