About The Role

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will create visually captivating store displays and layouts that enhance the customer experience, promote brand identity, and drive sales. This role combines creativity with strategy—ensuring every visual presentation aligns with store objectives and seasonal trends while maintaining the highest standards of merchandising excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays that align with brand standards.
- Collaborate with Visual Leadership and store teams to plan and transition seasonal layouts.
- Monitor product presentation, signage, and promotional displays for accuracy and appeal.
- Support inventory management by coordinating product tagging, placement, and replenishment.
- Mentor staff on visual standards and merchandising techniques to ensure store consistency.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual excellence at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in home furnishings.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and trend awareness.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and transport loads up to 100 lbs. with or without accommodation.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
