About The Role

As a Store Visual Merchandiser, you will bring creativity and precision to store layouts, ensuring every display reflects beauty, balance, and brand identity. Your role will be central to creating an exceptional in‑store experience that inspires customers and drives sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute visually appealing and balanced merchandise displays under the direction of visual leadership
• Re‑merchandise displays, signage, and seasonal layouts to optimize product visibility and sales
• Coordinate incoming product placement, tagging, and store recovery processes
• Maintain store aesthetics, lighting, and fixture standards for a consistent brand experience
• Mentor store staff on basic merchandising principles and visual standards
• Collaborate with management to ensure smooth visual transitions and showroom readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Merchandising, or related field (preferred)
• 1+ year of visual merchandising or retail display experience
• Strong sense of style, creativity, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
