Arhaus is hiring: Assistant Visual Manager in San Diego

Position Summary

Assistant Visual Manager – responsible for maintaining visual brand standards, staging displays, conducting store transfers, and working with management to keep inventory levels satisfactory. A developmental role to grow merchandising skills with the Arhaus brand.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain showroom visuals to reflect the Arhaus brand.
• Execute weekly store transfers and coordinate with management to keep inventory levels satisfactory.
• Assist in staging and merchandising of new arrivals and seasonal displays.
• Collaborate with other team members and leadership on visual presentation projects.
• Support the implementation of visual standards across multiple locations (if applicable).

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in faux finishing and specialty painting.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Willingness to work extended hours as required.
• Physical ability to move furniture and use building tools/equipment.
• Comfortable using a ladder.
• College degree or equivalent experience in merchandising, floral design, graphic design, or set/stage design.

Compensation

• Hourly/Non‑Exempt.
• Eligibility for quarterly bonus (if achieved).
