Position Summary
Assistant Visual Manager – responsible for maintaining visual brand standards, staging displays, conducting store transfers, and working with management to keep inventory levels satisfactory. A developmental role to grow merchandising skills with the Arhaus brand.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain showroom visuals to reflect the Arhaus brand.
- Execute weekly store transfers and coordinate with management to keep inventory levels satisfactory.
- Assist in staging and merchandising of new arrivals and seasonal displays.
- Collaborate with other team members and leadership on visual presentation projects.
- Support the implementation of visual standards across multiple locations (if applicable).
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in faux finishing and specialty painting.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Willingness to work extended hours as required.
- Physical ability to move furniture and use building tools/equipment.
- Comfortable using a ladder.
- College degree or equivalent experience in merchandising, floral design, graphic design, or set/stage design.
Compensation
- Hourly/Non‑Exempt.
- Eligibility for quarterly bonus (if achieved).
