Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Visual Merchandising will support the creation, planning, and implementation of visual merchandising across the US, Canada, and Mexico, ensuring adherence to Maison Francis Kurkdjian visual standards. The role encompasses VM production of outposts, campaigns, repushes, events, and in‑store experiences, working closely with production vendors, retailer partners, the Manager, Visual Merchandising, and the HQ Visual Team. The Assistant Manager reports directly to the Manager, Visual Merchandising.
Responsibilities
- Support the Manager, Visual Merchandising in the creation of design layouts, formal proposal presentations, and VM production for Events, VIC, KOL, and in‑store experiences.
- Assist in reviewing production material and prototypes with vendors for campaigns, repushes, pop‑ups, outposts, and window production.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Events, and Training teams on singular and small‑scaled VM requests.
- Collaborate with Operations Manager, Store Design, and Visual Merchandising on POSM forecasting for future campaigns, repushes, and new store openings.
- Coordinate with production vendors on VM tool forecasting and ordering for future campaigns, repushes, new store openings, and semi‑customization.
- Create VM distribution lists per campaign or repush for the US, Canada, and Mexico.
- Ensure design processes deliver on time, within budget, and meet qualitative results.
- Develop visual presentations recapping projects for HQ, the North America team, and retailers.
- Prepare visual merchandising design proposal presentations for HQ, the North America team, and retailers.
- Adapt visual merchandising schematic designs to market needs, using Adobe Suite.
- Layout VM schematics for new store openings and semi‑customization locations, using SketchUp.
- Coordinate travel schedules with vendors for prototype production and installations.
- Self‑manage travel expenses and budgets.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed, averaging 20% quarterly.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably with a background in design production, planning, and implementation.
- Exceptional visual standards and the ability to execute the Maison Francis Kurkdjian visual direction.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Solution‑oriented mindset and strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to oversee and follow through on multiple simultaneous projects.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including early mornings, nights, evenings, and weekends.
- Capability to work in a hybrid environment (remote, office, travel with vendors, or HQ).
- Strong computer skills in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
- French language skills are a plus.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $80,000–$85,000.
