Responsibilities

  • Design, create, develop and review a range of static and motion multimedia assets in accordance to a robust set of design guidelines and principles.
  • Design multimedia assets in accordance to client design guidelines.
  • Develop multimedia assets in accordance to client design guidelines.
  • Static images: graphic, illustrations and icons for presentations, help center articles, developer content, e-learning modules, emails, etc.
  • Video and animation: short animated, screencast and/or voiceover videos to educate internal and external stakeholders on key concepts.
  • Design and format material for different content types.
  • Assist different stakeholders on the team with creation and re-design of presentation layouts, document templates, e-learning modules, etc.
  • Review team member deliverables of different asset types.

This position is part of a bargaining unit.

Job Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of exp. Direct experience in creating visual design and/or animated assets.
  • Experience with various design tools and programs e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, etc.
  • Competent with Google Suite of productivity programs Google Docs, Slides, Spreadsheet, Mail, Chat, etc.
  • Expert customer stakeholder communication skills, able to take on a design project from concept to delivery.
  • High School Diploma / GED.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced experience with image editing tools e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.
  • Advanced experience with content layout, formatting, data and content visualization.
  • Experience with brand design, character scenery design.
  • Advanced motion graphic animation video editing skills.
  • Advanced experience with motion design and video production tools e.g., After Effects, Premiere, Camtasia, etc.
  • Experience with character and scenery design.
  • Basic knowledge of web-based applications, and CSS HTML editing skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
