Base pay range: $53.00/hr - $62.00/hr

Our client is currently building a next‑generation network monitoring platform designed to detect and resolve issues before they impact users—ensuring network reliability at scale. The development of this platform is transitioning from offshore to onshore, and they are hiring key roles to lead and support this strategic shift. As part of this initiative, they are seeking UX Designers to drive the user experience for the platform, working alongside backend Java developers and cross‑functional teams.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For W2 consultants, we offer a benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $53 - $62 / hr. W2

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design process
• Conduct user research

Requirements

5+ years’ experience in the following:

• UI Design
• User research
• FIGMA
