Algeco GmbH is hiring: All-round (digital) marketer in Town of Belgium

Use your digital skills to strengthen the Algeco brand

As a versatile (digital) marketer at Algeco Benelux, you will assist in the execution and optimization of our digital marketing activities. You will work closely with the marketing team and various internal departments to enhance the visibility of our brand and support our commercial objectives in both Belgium and the Netherlands.

You are creative, analytical, and know how to optimally utilize digital channels to reach and inspire our customers.

Your responsibilities:

• Setting up, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (SEA, social media, display, and email marketing)
• Managing and updating the website, intranet, and customer portals
• Analyzing campaign results and preparing reports and recommendations
• Creating and managing content for online channels, including social media, newsletters, and the company website
• Conducting and following up on the Net Promoter Score via digital tools
• Collaborating with external agencies for digital campaigns and SEO/SEA optimization
• Supporting the development of marketing materials such as presentations, advertisements, and internal communications
• Contributing to brand consistency and online positioning within the Benelux
• Organizing internal events such as Marketing & Sales conferences

Your profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing
• Good knowledge of digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, AI tools, LinkedIn Admin, and CMS systems
• Experience with SEO, SEA, email marketing, and data analysis
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a nice bonus, but not a must; with Canva, we can already go very far
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Independent, creative, results-oriented, and a true team player
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus
