Overview
The Producer supports the clients and ideals of their creative lead agency, all under the vision of their Head of Production. Directly reports to an SVP/Group EP or VP EP, depending on creative agency department needs & structure. The Producer is responsible for translating creative ideas into project plans and deliverables across their specific discipline(s) of expertise. In addition to fundamental producer skills, to be on the Production team requires solid critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as a passion for guiding creative ideas from brief through project launch. The ideal candidate for this position will have ambitions of work that pushes creative and technological limits and experience in delivering a variety of integrated projects completed on time, within budget and to the highest level of creative standards.
Responsibilities
- Excellence in all day‑to‑day aspects of production including scoping, ball‑parking creative concepts, building detailed project schedules, managing scope, researching and securing production resources, quality controlling all deliverables, maintaining project documentation and communicating with holistic project teams.
- Able to work independently, sometimes on concurrent projects, ensuring error‑free, on‑time and on‑budget productions all while meeting or exceeding creative objectives and expectations.
- Represent a craft expertise but responsible for actively learning, developing and further growing skills through exposure to cross‑discipline productions.
- Manage up to Executive Producer (possibly Senior Producer) and proactively seek support/guidance when needed.
- Research, identify, select and negotiate production vendor partnerships (internally and externally) based on scope, budget and timeline of project and partner suitability to execute the creative vision.
- Support and participate in cultivating a diverse, equal and inclusive culture of production within our work.
- Communicate proactively with Creative, Account Services, Business Affairs and Media partners on all aspects of the production including milestones, deliverables and due dates to keep the production process flowing smoothly.
- Demonstrate ability to use and explain talent verbiage to larger agency team.
- Build critical relationships and maintain agency’s reputation and standard of excellence with internal and external production industry.
- Stay on top of industry trends, craft‑makers, techniques, directors, photographers and new technologies and utilize expertise to inspire and educate the department and agency overall in an effort to elevate the lead creative agency’s creative product.
- Integrate AI‑driven tools into creative and production processes to boost efficiency, elevate content quality, and stay ahead of emerging trends in technology and storytelling.

Qualifications
- Experience in production at an agency, production company or similar environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Communicate with all levels of employees and work seamlessly across agency functions and partner agencies.
- Consistently delivers projects and commitments on deadline.
- Effective negotiation and positive‑mindded problem‑solving skills required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced creative environment.
- Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail.
Location & Commitments
- Full‑time role, currently hybrid status.
- In‑person/in‑office minimum of 3 days per week.
- Travel may be required to deliver on client and production needs.
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Compensation Range: $79,990 - $114,975.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401K, and paid time off.
