Overview The Digital Production Artist manages masking and retouching of images to deliver the strategy and vision of marketing. Responsible for utilizing technical and creative skills to enhance digital imagery, working independently and collaborating with creative and marketing teams. This is a hybrid role out of our Dedham, MA office.

Responsibilities
Expert level Photoshop skills: high‑end photo manipulation, color accuracy, color adjustments.
Resident expert on color management systems to ensure consistency across all digital channels.
Maintain and organize proper file naming and image protocol for upload and archiving.
Maintain production goals/objectives to meet tight deadlines.
Work closely with the Creative Manager and Imaging Specialist to accurately represent all products online.
Review retouching work for quality and accuracy.
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive Photoshop experience.
Associate Degree or Photo/Image Certification.
Background/education in photography or graphics.
Hands‑on experience in high‑end fashion product retouching for web and final print reproduction.
Comprehensive understanding of color theory and color correction by RGB numbers.
Extremely organized and committed to producing quality work in a fast‑paced, fun environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with digital asset management and Image Authoring is a plus.
Team player who can work independently, prioritize without direction, and thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
Pay Range: $29.62 – $37.02 per year. We share our pay range because transparency matters.
