Associate Director, Alliance Marketing (Microsoft Alliance) Be among the first 25 applicants.

Responsibilities:

Manage the execution of a joint strategic marketing plan for the Microsoft alliance, ensuring alignment with the alliance's business plan and growth ambitions; oversee the development and execution of a content strategy focused on creating differentiated messaging, value propositions, and sales enablement tools such as videos, social assets, and case studies

Plan, execute, and optimize a portfolio of demand generation programs, including KPMG's presence at Microsoft conferences, webinars, and client events

Supervise a variety of marketing programs, developing and utilizing detailed project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery; leverage lead management tools to report on program effectiveness and sales impact

Oversee program-level budgets and marketing development funds (MDF), ensuring they are used effectively to achieve the best results from marketing programs; includes forecasting and reporting on actuals; execute plans to increase the visibility and awareness of our alliance solutions through social media, podcasts, advertising, and by managing web content updates

Develop co-branded marketing assets with Microsoft that support the content strategy, and work to amplify our brand by integrating campaign assets and thought leadership into marketing programs; serve as a key marketing contact for the Microsoft alliance team, fostering strong relationships to identify and execute high-impact co-marketing opportunities; support alliance partner sales kick-off events and other relationship-based initiatives

Project manage KPMG's presence at alliance-specific conferences and execute a portfolio of demand-generation programs, including joint webinars, client roundtables, and digital campaigns focused on data and AI readiness

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum eight years of recent experience in integrated marketing from a large enterprise technology/software company or a professional services firm is preferred

Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.

Strong experience in alliance marketing with proven expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, events, and digital strategies; demonstrated track record of leadership, with experience managing projects, programs, ad potentially small teams

Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting and travel as required, demonstrating strong self-motivation and communication skills across both virtual and in-person environments

Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior business stakeholders, using strong networking skills to drive projects forward and ensure delivery against key milestones; proactive and autonomous leader with demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects and their associated budgets

Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and operational requirements effectively; a strategic and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and exercise sound judgment in making business decisions
