Junior Product/Toy Designer

to join our Global Product Design team and help shape the future of play!

What You’ll Do

Bring fresh ideas to brainstorms and concept ideation.

Translate insights and trends into market‑ready solutions.

Sketch, render and prototype new toy and play experiences.

Solve complex design and engineering challenges with cross‑functional teams.

Spot trends and help shape the future of Gen‑A and Gen‑Z play.

Tell compelling stories through visuals and copy.

Collaborate with clients, licensing partners and internal teams.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Toy, Product or Industrial Design (or equivalent).

1–3 years of agency or in‑house product/industrial design experience within toys, games and/or entertainment.

Skills in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modelling tools and Microsoft 365.

Familiarity with sustainable materials such as plastics, plush, metals and paperboard.

Knowledge of child development and global safety standards.

A curious mind, collaborative spirit and passion for toys, games and entertainment.

A love for storytelling, presenting and making ideas stick.
