Overview The Senior Performance Media Strategist will lead and evolve the paid social practice while supporting paid search and broader digital media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and additional vendor platforms.
Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Management Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels with secondary support for paid search initiatives.
Advanced Audience Targeting and Creative Testing Develop audience segmentation, creative testing strategies, and platform data insights to maximize impact.
Performance Analysis & Optimization Analyze campaign performance, adjust bids and budgets, troubleshoot conversion tracking, and audit accounts to identify growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Integrated Planning, Activation Strategy, Analytics, and Account Management teams to provide data‑backed recommendations and develop client‑facing presentations.
Mentorship & Thought Leadership Serve as a mentor for junior team members, lead training sessions, and produce quarterly thought leadership pieces for internal and external marketing.
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on paid social strategy and execution; paid search knowledge expected.
Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and emerging social platforms; proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale paid social budgets and multi‑platform campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
Proficiency in industry‑standard tools such as Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, and native platform reporting.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and native platform reporting to optimize social performance.
Ability to translate complex social campaign data into clear, actionable insights and client‑ready narratives.
Proven experience presenting strategy, performance, and recommendations directly to clients and senior stakeholders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and clients.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Meta Blueprint certification preferred; Google Ads certification a plus.
