As

Head of SEO , you will define and lead our global organic search strategy, driving sustainable traffic, acquisition, and revenue growth. You’ll be both strategic and hands‑on — working across link acquisition, technical optimisation, content excellence, and performance analytics. You’ll lead or collaborate with SEO specialists, agencies, content, product, and engineering teams to embed SEO excellence across the organisation. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a data‑driven SEO strategy tailored to the iGaming market, aligned with business objectives and commercial KPIs. Own deep technical SEO: conduct log‑file analysis for crawl budget optimisation, resolve JS/SSR rendering issues, optimise Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS), and ensure strong site architecture and performance. Direct strategic content initiatives: perform intent‑based query clustering (reviews, guides, category hubs), and create content frameworks that extend E‑E‑A‑T through expert profiles, responsible gambling content, and localisation strategies. Manage SEO budgets and performance analytics: translate business goals into link, content, and tool budgets; integrate SEO data (GSC/GA4) with BI systems; monitor and mitigate negative SEO risks. Oversee robust on‑page SEO: design scalable meta‑tag templates, implement interlinking and silo structures, and maximise internal link equity. Report regularly to senior stakeholders: present performance updates, link technical outcomes to business KPIs, and educate teams on SEO priorities. Stay ahead of algorithm updates, search trends, and regulatory frameworks in iGaming. Required Skills & Experience

5+ years

of proven SEO experience, ideally within

iGaming or other highly competitive, regulated industries . Mandatory experience in iGaming SEO , with a clear understanding of the industry’s compliance and marketing challenges. Deep expertise in

off‑page SEO : link networks and high‑quality outreach campaigns. Strong technical SEO proficiency: crawl optimisation, rendering issues, log analysis, Core Web Vitals, and large‑scale site management. Strategic content skills: intent‑based keyword clustering, E‑E‑A‑T implementation, and scalable content team leadership. Commercial acumen: ability to plan budgets, track ROI, and align SEO impact with revenue metrics. Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, content, UX). Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in major SEO and analytics tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, etc.). What We Offer
