Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end content fulfillment for clients and licensees.

Oversee artwork ordering, title scheduling, and program operations.

Coordinate high-profile deliveries and track project statuses using internal systems.

Serve as a key contact for media delivery workflows and asset management.

Collaborate with teams to report and resolve system or API issues.

Requirements

5+ years of production experience (agency or network background preferred).

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and understanding of pixel vs. vector graphics.

Strong multitasking and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Experience with MAC OS, Box, and digital asset management systems.
