Vice President of Marketing

Responsibilities include:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and mission.
Enhance brand awareness, member engagement, and drive growth through diverse marketing channels.
Develop enterprise brand equity, membership expansion, and innovative product growth strategies.
Analyze marketing campaign performance using KPIs such as ROI, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
Direct website and social media strategy to maintain a vibrant online presence.
Use customer journey maps and business intelligence to support data‑driven decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
10+ years of experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
Hands‑on experience in branding, project management, product development, digital and traditional marketing.
Experience as a division leader with responsibility for personnel management, budget development and bottom‑line performance.
Strategic thinker with ability to build innovative strategies and execute tactical decisions promptly.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment with multiple shifting priorities, high urgency and tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to inspire others and build effective teams.
