$170,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Audio Electrical Engineer to join our audio hardware team. The ideal candidate will have industry experience in miniature audio components and be proficient in making detailed modifications and iterations to existing designs. This role demands a strong contributor who can drive product innovation and successful product introductions. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to align design and technology initiatives with product requirements and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Conduct acoustic sensor coexistence effort in partnership with the cross‑functional team including electrical, mechanical, RF, product design, audio, etc.
Perform electrical audio performance verification and analysis, and testing on audio products.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electro‑acoustic performance to ensure product quality and reliability.
Requirements
Solid knowledge of analog and digital audio systems, including microphones, speakers, and the audio signal chain in electronic devices.
Practical experience with acoustic measurement, analysis, and testing methodologies.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose technical issues and optimize design performance.
Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate within cross‑functional teams; clear communication skills to explain technical trade‑offs and solutions.
Nice to Have
Experience with MEMS mic design and validation.
Background in designing audio components for consumer audio products.
Hands‑on experience with prototyping and testing acoustic sensors.
