Job Title: UX Designer – ULTRUS
Location: 100% remote (EST working hours)
Employment type: Contract (Immediate Start). Candidates must provide a portfolio link.
Overview We’re seeking an experienced UX Designer with a strong background in Enterprise SaaS and proven experience designing for ULTRUS software. You’ll help define and deliver cohesive, scalable user experiences across complex domains such as compliance, sustainability, and product lifecycle management. This role blends strategic design thinking with hands‑on execution for global enterprise users.
Key Responsibilities
Lead UX design strategy and execution for ULTRUS applications, ensuring a unified and intuitive experience across modules.
Translate research insights and business objectives into clear workflows, wireframes, and design systems.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to define information architecture, interaction models, and design patterns.
Conduct user and stakeholder research to inform experience maps, service blueprints, and system‑wide improvements.
Champion enterprise‑grade design systems and standards for scalability, accessibility, and brand alignment.
Required Qualifications
ULTRUS software experience required
– direct UX design or redesign work within the ULTRUS platform.
Enterprise SaaS experience is a must , ideally in complex or regulated environments.
7+ years in UX, product, or service design with a portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end UX process for enterprise systems.
Proficiency with Figma, Miro, and modular design systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging cross‑functional and executive stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
