Real Estate Transition Solutions, Kirkland, Washington, United States, 98034
Kirkland, Washington
As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a central role in delivering live events and marketing programs that engage clients, educate investors, and generate qualified leads for our advisors. You’ll partner closely with the Sales Enablement team to keep campaigns moving, ensure advisors have the right tools, and support event experiences that bring our brand promise to life.
This role is highly cross‑functional, giving you exposure to marketing operations, event management, and client experience — with plenty of room to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Sales Enablement Manager to plan and execute live events that drive lead generation and client/partner engagement.
Own end‑to‑end logistics: venue research, contracts, tech setup, catering, travel, and on‑site coordination.
Support the scaling of the events program by developing repeatable processes and playbooks.
Collaborate with the marketing team on event promotion campaigns (email, digital, partner channels).
Ensure sales advisors are equipped with the right event‑specific enablement assets (presentations, one‑pagers, Salesforce/HubSpot follow‑up workflows).
Coordinate post‑event follow‑up with Sales and flag any gaps or issues so they’re addressed quickly.
Prepare concise event performance summaries (registrations, attendance, consults set, lead quality, ROI) and share takeaways with stakeholders.
Gather post‑event feedback and insights to improve future programs and align with sales goals.
Keep the marketing calendar, project plans, and task assignments on track; capture meeting notes and action items and follow up to closure.
Review lead flow regularly (source, campaign, owner, status), run quick data quality checks (missing fields, duplicates, odd values), fix simple routing/field issues, and queue items that need help.
Build basic segmentation lists, apply suppressions, and de‑dupe small batches before programs launch.
Test forms and integrations; confirm records land correctly in Salesforce/HubSpot.
Organize and update the enablement library (one‑pagers, decks, talk tracks) and support distribution so Sales always have the latest versions.
Prepare regular reports and summaries (new leads, engaged leads, meetings booked, basic conversions).
Maintain email health by managing suppression lists, monitoring bounce/spam metrics, and flagging list quality concerns.
Handle basic Salesforce admin tasks (edit fields/picklists, light page layout tweaks, build saved reports, clone dashboards) within guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills
2–4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or related client‑facing programs; financial services, real estate, or professional services preferred.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing live client‑facing events (seminars, conferences, or workshops).
Strong organizational and project coordination skills; able to manage multiple moving parts across campaigns, events, and client‑facing processes.
CRM experience required ( Salesforce preferred ) with the ability to manage basic reporting and data accuracy.
Comfort validating forms and basic lead flows ; familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tool is a plus.
Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking event ROI and lead flow.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Trello) preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confidently represent RETS at events and support cross‑functional teams.
