Role Overview Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that drives impactful marketing strategies and helps grow iconic spirits brands? At Gallo, we’re looking for a motivated and innovative individual to optimize national brand plans by developing and executing tailored regional marketing programs that resonate with target consumers and accelerate sales and distribution growth.

In this role, you’ll lead the activation of local programs, manage sponsorships and partnerships, and oversee the execution of local media, working as a key liaison between brand teams, agency partners, sales teams, and distributor networks.

This position offers the opportunity to shape marketing strategies that deliver measurable results while fostering strong relationships across internal teams and distributors. You’ll be responsible for crafting regional marketing plans, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless execution of brand‑building activities. By collaborating with sales teams and distributor partners, you’ll help them effectively represent and position our brands in the marketplace, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.

Responsibilities The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented and has a strong understanding of media planning and activation, including traditional, digital, and social platforms. You’ll oversee the planning and execution of local media campaigns, track and report on their effectiveness, and ensure compliance with legal and brand standards. Your ability to manage projects, coordinate efforts across teams, and deliver timely reporting will be critical in driving success for Gallo’s regional marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Need

Master’s degree plus 3 years of CPG Marketing or Brand Marketing experience to include alcohol beverage marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of CPG Marketing or Brand Marketing experience to include alcohol beverage marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of Gallo or partner distributor sales or marketing experience to include marketing reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State‑issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of CPG marketing or sales experience to include alcohol beverage marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

2 years of experience in media planning and/or buying on the agency or client side.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Required to travel up to 30% of the time in order to conduct job duties.

Experience planning and activating consumer‑facing local marketing campaigns. Must include Out of Home Campaigns.

Experience with project and budget management.

Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Required to be 18 years or older.

How You’ll Stand Out

Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of alcohol beverage CPG Marketing or Brand Marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

4 years of experience in media planning and/or buying on the agency or client side.

Beverage Alcohol industry experience.

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.

This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting and requires regular travel within your assigned territory. Occasional travel to company sites may be required as needed.
