As a member of the Customer Consulting - Customer Experience team, you will analyse customer touchpoints, design customer journey maps, and help clients create seamless and personalised experiences that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 1 year of experience in a consulting role at a major utility company or professional services firm
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree preferred
Understanding of customer business processes and operational areas (meter-to-cash)
Experience re‑designing and improving business processes
Experience working in Oracle CC&B and/or SAP environments
Ability to analyze business integration points for meter‑to‑cash processes
Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
Experience in business process re‑engineering
Salary $44,200 – $91,000, plus potential annual discretionary bonus.
