Position Summary

Location: Plano, TX Salary: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00
Role and Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to each assigned vertical market.
Create data-informed campaign plans including audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, and channel strategies.
Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
Industry Insights & Positioning
Research and analyze industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies.
Develop vertical-specific value propositions and messaging in partnership with product marketing.
Collaborate with channel and partner marketing to localize programs where appropriate.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with sales enablement to deliver industry-specific content, collateral, and training.
Work closely with digital marketing teams to optimize campaigns across paid media, email, events, and content marketing.
Align campaign performance reporting with business goals and sales pipeline targets.
Performance & Optimization
Track and report on KPIs such as Brand Health, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI by vertical.
Continuously test, measure, and refine campaigns to improve effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally managing vertical or industry-specific campaigns.
Proven success in developing go-to-market strategies and campaigns for industries.
Experience working in or marketing to enterprise or mid-market segments.
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.
Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics).
Experience with commercial technologies or consumer electronics.
Excellent written & oral communication skills with proven ability to provide clarity in complex situations.
Experience producing highly effective presentations to communicate with internal and external customers and executives.
Passion for creating great customer experiences and for solving problems.
Ability to work independently, quickly, and thoroughly to prioritize and complete tasks and meet deadlines.
Highly motivated and self-driven.
Organized, detailed, goal-driven, and achievement-oriented.
Able to critically evaluate data and plans.
Able to think strategically and tactically.
Comfortable with a highly dynamic and changing work environment.
