The Role Account Supervisor / Account Director, Marketing

You’ll work after a hybrid schedule, two days per week in any JPA Health office (Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, New York City) and three days remotely. This full‑time role reports to our Marketing practice leaders and focuses on bringing data fluency, creative storytelling, and omnichannel orchestration to modern life‑sciences marketing.

Responsibilities

Lead and elevate client engagement, serving as the primary day‑to‑day contact to ensure delivery excellence and alignment with strategy and objectives.

Translate insights into actionable recommendations, partnering with strategy, creative, research, and engagement teams for channel mix and audience experience.

Drive innovation within accounts, leveraging proprietary platforms and integrated capabilities across Life Sciences, Public Health, and Gov practices.

Oversee integrated campaigns across HCP, patient, and consumer audiences, including launch readiness, omnichannel activation, and sales force support.

Own financial performance by managing scope, resource allocation, budget oversight, and financial accuracy.

Contribute to new business growth through proposals, presentations, case studies, and storytelling.

Mentor junior staff, fostering curiosity, accountability, and collaboration.

Advocate best practices and cross‑discipline integration within the Life Sciences Marketing team and the agency.

About You

Strategic and curious, linking insights to actionable marketing solutions.

Digitally fluent, experienced orchestrating campaigns across platforms and comfortable with performance measurement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

4–6 years of agency experience in healthcare marketing.

Experience leading integrated, omnichannel campaigns.

Proven understanding of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing and regulatory/legal considerations.

Understanding and application of engagement strategies for HCP and DTC audiences.

Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Competitive pay with an anticipated starting range of $125,000–$145,000 annually plus performance‑based bonuses.
