$38.00/hr - $48.91/hr Responsibilities

Community Management: Build and manage the Mailchimp Academy learning community, moderating discussions, onboarding new members, and fostering a positive and engaging environment. Content Strategy: Develop and support the creation of community-specific content, working with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create a pipeline of valuable and relevant information for members. Email Marketing: Manage the end-to-end process of developing and sending email communications for Mailchimp Academy using Eloqua, including crafting compelling copy, designing templates, segmenting audiences, and ensuring brand consistency. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote new courses, certifications, and learning events to our community and external audiences. Performance Analysis: Analyze email and community engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and report on key insights to stakeholders. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the instructional design, program management, and product teams to align communication efforts with key initiatives and product launches. Qualifications

3-5+ years of previous experience in a marketing, communications, or community management role, preferably in a SaaS, technology, or e-learning environment. Community Expertise: Proven experience building and managing an online community, with a strong understanding of community engagement best practices. Technical Acumen: Proficiency with email marketing platforms (preferably Eloqua) and a solid understanding of marketing automation principles; experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Segment.com for audience segmentation and automation. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging for different audiences. Problem-Solving: A proactive, analytical, and creative mindset with a passion for finding innovative solutions to challenges. Collaboration: A demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to achieve shared goals. Benefits
