Responsibilities
Proactively and independently lead day‑to‑day media strategy, supervising projects and junior team members while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Serve as the client’s daily media contact when appropriate, addressing issues and inquiries effectively.
Demonstrate critical thinking within the evolving media landscape, using insights to inform programming and positioning, and proactively develop fresh story ideas to build client reputation/awareness.
Consistently lead reactive and proactive media projects from planning stages through execution/activation and client reporting.
Strong team player and positive role model; support and respect colleagues, clients, and partners; focus on self‑improvement and ensure work is based on strategic insights.
Effectively and consistently manage strengths and weaknesses of self and others; consistently ambitious in setting and achieving goals.
Always take feedback as a constructive learning opportunity and act upon it; enable others to thrive as part of agency life and adapt to others’ styles to do so; ensure excellence is repeated by rigorously identifying and socializing key learnings for all colleagues.

Basic Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience doing predominantly earned media work with proven interest in the field.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to research, write and edit client‑facing media deliverables and proposals, such as audits/backgrounders, conference reports, media alerts, pitch emails, media lists and recap reports.
Ability to proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously, both as team member and autonomously, and to perform well under pressure.
Experience working on media events, such as corporate milestones, product launches, deskside briefings and executive interviews.
Solid grasp of all traditional and new media tools and their relationship with society.
Excellent storytelling skills, and ability to provide sound, level‑appropriate media counsel with internal and external clients.
Compensation Salary range: $68,000 – $96,000 per year. Additional rewards may include annual bonuses, a paid time off policy, and region‑specific benefits. Other benefits: medical and dental insurance, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off, travel assistance, and wellness programming.
