to lead the HCP strategy and omnichannel execution for launch.

You will take full ownership of marketing strategy, brand positioning, content and congress strategy.
Responsibilities
Shape and execute brand strategy with impact
Drive annual brand plans from insight to results
Build a best-in-class omnichannel digital engine
Lead congress and advisory board strategy
Manage agencies, budgets, and promotional review
Qualifications
10+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience with multiple HCP‑led launches.
Deep digital marketing expertise (automation platforms, analytics, media).
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Resilient, agile, thrives in ambiguity.
What’s on offer
Compensation:
Annual base salary range $250,000 - $300,000 plus 25% bonus
