Role Overview This isn’t a “sit-behind-the-screen” marketing job. You’ll be out there — organizing events, building broker relationships, running lead-gen programs like EngageList and ACR, and making sure every handshake and signup turns into ROI. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Product Marketing to bridge the digital and physical funnel.
Key Responsibilities Local Field & Event Marketing
Plan, manage, and execute local mortgage events — trade shows, broker meetups, open houses, and partner showcases.
Work cross-functionally with Sales to design activation playbooks that drive demo bookings and guideline contributions.
Manage event budgets, sponsorships, logistics, and follow-ups; ensure all activity rolls into CRM attribution and post-event nurture.
Lead & Community Programs
Build and optimize ACR / EngageList-type outreach campaigns to activate and re-engage loan officers and brokers.
Segment local databases, launch multi-touch nurture flows, and track engagement through HubSpot / Salesforce.
Measure and report event → lead → MQL → demo conversion, adjusting tactics based on performance data.
Brand Presence & Partnerships
Strengthen Zeitro’s local brand presence through co-marketing with wholesale partners and top brokerages.
Coordinate localized email, social, and offline campaigns that align with national messaging.
Identify and cultivate regional mortgage associations, realtor groups, and lender partnerships.
Requirements
5+ years marketing experience in the mortgage industry, experience with wholesale or broker network exposure is a must
Proven track record running local mortgage events, managing sponsorships, and delivering quantifiable lead results.
Strong understanding of loan officer behavior, broker ecosystems, and event ROI tracking.
Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar MarTech; analytical mindset with comfort reporting metrics.
Excellent project management and communication skills — from vendor negotiations to post-event reporting.
