Your Impact
The Wealth Product Design team seeks a User Researcher to ship best‑in‑class products with product designers, product managers, and technologists, while cultivating a culture of collaboration and growth. As the sole researcher, you will own and launch research programs, conduct studies to deliver insights on user needs, workflows, and usability, and translate findings into actionable insights to improve our products and services.
Your Responsibilities
Craft research strategy, scope, and conduct research; deliver actionable insights for strategic programs in financial services.
Conduct competitive, comparative research and analysis to complement user research.
Leverage heuristics, Voice of the Customer (VoC), statistical analyses, and other methods to triangulate user pain points.
Manage workload across multiple projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, product managers to balance processes and methodologies that align with business goals, ensuring research drives impact throughout the product lifecycle.
Help drive user‑centric product teams, strategy, processes, and products.
Advocate passionately for the user.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in research or business‑focused field (e.g., UX, Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology).
3+ years of mixed‑method user research experience in product management, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for digital experiences.
Proven experience with qualitative (usability testing, contextual inquiry) and quantitative (survey design, max‑diff, multivariate) methodologies.
Experience planning and facilitating workshops (hypothesis, concepting, design‑thinking, insights) to generate impactful insights.
Experience with research tools (e.g., UserTesting.com, Qualtrics, Wevo).
Experience with design tools including Figma and working closely with design to build and test prototypes.
Ability to synthesize findings from multiple projects/sources and provide higher‑order insights.
