Project Manager – Steel Fabrication & Design
Location: Lima, OH | Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year | Full-Time | Onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM (occasional flexibility required)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed project plans and technical drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks or similar).
Conduct structural analysis and provide solutions for fabrication and installation challenges.
Coordinate project timelines, materials procurement, and resource allocation.
Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical specifications, and project documentation.
Work closely with shop leads and fabricators to ensure projects move efficiently from drawings to finished product.
Identify and troubleshoot project issues promptly, implementing effective solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
5–7 years of engineering or project management experience, preferably in steel fabrication or industrial manufacturing.
Proficiency with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software for reviewing models and drawings.
Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication, manufacturing processes, and project management principles.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in welding, machining, or structural steel projects.
Familiarity with ERP systems (such as Sage) and documentation control.
Knowledge of structural analysis software, FEA tools, or project scheduling software.
