Client Growth Strategy Manager, Performance Marketing
Publicis Groupe ANZ Location: Australia/New Zealand (ANZ) Overview
As a Client Growth Strategy Manager, you will manage a portfolio of advertiser accounts and provide expert affiliate marketing advice and strategy. You will drive contract renewals, upsell services, forecast revenue, and collaborate with other CJ functions to meet client needs. Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and develop a deep understanding of advertiser objectives to deliver high-impact affiliate marketing strategies. Lead a team of affiliate marketers and drive strategy execution, ensuring timely and effective deliverables. Pitch CJ’s products and solutions to gain adoption and meet client business goals. Convey CJ's value proposition and act as an escalation partner for advertiser programs. Collaborate with product teams to define platform enhancements and feature improvements. Grow CJ client revenue, forecast growth accurately, and identify revenue opportunities. Develop and share best practices, content, and tools with clients and publish in CJ’s Support Center and Blog. Collaborate cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex program management and technical challenges. Mentor associates, coach, and provide guidance to help team members succeed. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in a digital performance marketing role. Capability to develop thoughtful strategies to grow advertiser programs. Strong written and verbal communication and relationship skills. Cross-functional collaboration with product, analytics, accounting, and technology teams. Delivery of high-quality service and results to meet financial expectations. Proven leadership and coaching skills. Critical thinker and creative problem solver with influence and negotiation skills. Passion for innovation and technology. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Additional Information
