We're looking for a Principal, Product Marketing to define and drive the go-to-market strategy for Katalon's automated testing solutions. This senior role requires both technical fluency in Quality Assurance (QA) and adjacent domains (DevOps, software development, IT operations), along with the product marketing expertise to translate innovation into customer value.
You’ll shape core messaging, define user personas, craft content, and lead launch plans across our product portfolio. Your work will enable sales and partners, influence campaigns, and deliver market intelligence that informs our roadmap. Most importantly, you’ll be the bridge between our products and the QA leaders and professionals we serve.
You’ll collaborate with a global team of marketing, product, and sales professionals to drive GTM success in a fast‑paced, high‑growth market. Go‑to‑Market & Launch Leadership
Develop and execute launch strategies for new products and major releases
Define target personas and segmentation, identifying the highest‑value opportunities
Build differentiated positioning that sets Katalon apart in the QA market
Messaging & Market Narratives
Create messaging frameworks that resonate with technical users and business leaders alike
Translate testing capabilities into clear outcomes: faster delivery, reduced risk, stronger quality
Tell a unified story across the Katalon portfolio that highlights cross‑product value
Market & Buyer Insights
Conduct deep analysis of QA and testing trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
Apply insights to influence roadmap priorities and GTM strategy
Build relationships with analysts and thought leaders in QA and software testing
Enable Sales & Partners
Deliver enablement programs, including pitch decks, demos, battlecards, and competitive intelligence
Partner with sales leadership to refine field messaging and address real‑world objections
Support channel partners with training and sales tools to expand Katalon’s reach
Content & Campaign Support
Oversee creation of assets such as case studies, solution briefs, and customer stories
Shape sales plays for core go‑to‑market and competitive campaigns
Collaborate with demand generation on campaigns that drive acquisition and retention
Contribute to thought leadership and industry‑facing content that reinforces Katalon’s leadership
Leadership & Collaboration
Track and understand KPIs to measure product marketing effectiveness and pipeline impact
Act as the connective tissue across sales, product, demand generation, customer marketing, and partner marketing for the solutions you are covering
