The Role We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented
Field Marketing Associate
to play a pivotal role in executing our field marketing and demand generation strategy. This hands‑on, execution‑focused role will focus on events, growth plays, and webinars designed to drive pipeline and support our Enterprise sales efforts.
Responsibilities
Event Execution:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of in‑person and virtual events, including Tier 1 trade shows (e.g. ISE, InfoComm, Corporate Comms conferences), industry‑specific conferences, executive roundtables, VIP dinners, ScreenCloud’s annual Customer Conference, and monthly webinar programs.
Webinar Management:
Manage our webinar program end‑to‑end, from content coordination and speaker liaison to platform management, promotion, and post‑event follow‑up.
End‑to‑End Ownership & Collaboration:
Work with Sales to define success metrics and KPIs before each event, manage vendor relationships and event organizer liaison, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and own post‑event operations (lead tagging, CRM hygiene, performance reporting with Ops and Sales).
Demand Generation:
Support the creation and execution of targeted growth plays and campaigns to generate high‑quality leads and drive pipeline growth in key territories.
Travel:
Travel as required to manage and execute events across the US, ensuring a high‑quality attendee experience.
Tracking and Reporting:
Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure all activities, leads, and results are accurately tracked, measured, and reported in our CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Requirements
2‑3 years experience in a B2B Field or Events Marketing role, focused on event execution, not just planning/strategy.
Demonstrable experience with B2B field marketing programs and demand generation activities.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and event attendees.
Familiarity with marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) for tracking and reporting purposes.
A proactive, results‑oriented, and self‑starter attitude.
Willingness and ability to travel.
What Success Looks Like
Execute 15‑20 events in the first year.
Achieve >30% lead conversion rate from events.
Build repeatable event playbooks and templates.
Deliver accurate post‑event reporting within 5 business days.
