Senior Manager – Regional Marketing, Oncology (TX, FL, IL, OH, MI, TN)
Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharma company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients with serious diseases, seeks a Senior Manager – Regional Marketing to lead KOL engagement for our oncology portfolio across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Texas, Florida, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, and Tennessee.
Develop and execute strategic KOL engagement plans to promote product adoption, incorporating advocacy, speaker‑bureau development, and insight generation.
Attend national and regional medical conferences, meetings, and advisory boards to gather market intelligence.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Compliance, Regulatory, and Legal—to ensure cohesive campaigns.
Prioritize and implement peer‑to‑peer educational programs that meet regional market needs while complying with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with a focus on KOL engagement, Key Customer marketing, or related roles.
Minimum 3 years of oncology experience and previous KOL‑facing responsibilities.
Strong understanding of the gastrointestinal (GI) cancers market, treatment trends, and biomarker diagnostics (preferred).
Approximately 40‑50% travel, including weekends.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strategic relationship‑management skills.
Demonstrated ability to plan and manage projects with evidence of strategic thinking and judgment.
Education & Licenses
Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or a related discipline (preferred).
Graduate degree (preferred).
Compensation US‑based candidates only: Expected total base salary range $160,000.00 – $240,000.00, plus potential annual cash bonus, equity grants, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible paid vacation).
