Primary Purpose A unique opportunity to lead, develop and implement all aspects of email marketing campaigns for BGE, including programs such as energy efficiency, customer operations and brand. This person will partner with marketing teams and internal departments to innovate, design and deliver marketing automation strategies that engage customers with opportunities to participate in BGE programs and initiatives. The role will also require collaboration with and oversight of external email vendors, ensuring strategy and quality of email marketing efforts meet brand standards.
Primary Duties
Develop, manage and implement multiple email marketing plans supporting company programs with residential, business and public‑sector customers.
Develop and manage email marketing plan tactics and manage email marketing vendors supporting development and execution of tactics.
Manage program email marketing budgets including budget development, invoice processing, accruals and forecasting.
Help develop and leverage best practice and market research to achieve email marketing plan objectives.
Job Scope The position will work across multiple departments, company executives and external stakeholders to manage multiple marketing plans.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other relevant field
4–7 years relevant experience or equivalent
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong leadership and project management skills
In lieu of a degree, 6–9 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on B2B and B2C email marketing programs including content building, campaign automation, testing strategies, segmentation and working with CRM.
Strong marketing automation background with the ability to work across large organizations to accomplish strategic tasks.
Experience with marketing stack applications including Oracle Marketing Cloud, Monday.com, CRM and others.
Ability to partner with internal & external teams to manage system integrations.
Experience with vendor management, project management and quality assurance reviews for email.
Working knowledge of HTML.
Direct experience working on digital marketing campaigns.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience and other factors: $82,400.00/Yr – $113,300.00/Yr.
