As our Community Marketing Program Manager, you’ll be the creative driver behind how our story is told—online, on-site, and in every touchpoint with our customers and community. You’ll partner closely with leadership to bring our brand to life through compelling campaigns, powerful visuals, and local activations that build awareness and drive growth in new markets.

You’ll lead the charge on community marketing strategy & execution—from concept to campaign delivery. You’ll balance creativity with precision, ensuring every project and piece of content aligns with Gunner’s mission and high standards.

What will you do?

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of community marketing projects, campaigns, and events.

Develop and manage local activation events and productions to engage communities and drive brand visibility.

Oversee brand storytelling through multi-channel content — digital, print, and experiential.

Write professional, on-brand copy for campaigns, website content, and marketing materials.

Collaborate with internal teams to support recruiting, culture, and customer initiatives through marketing assets.

Use AI tools and prompts to enhance content development and efficiency.

Track and report on marketing performance – ensuring campaigns generate qualified leads, measurable engagement, and clear ROI.

Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure lead tracking and campaign effectiveness are aligned with company growth goals.

Travel as needed (estimated 10-20%) to support on-site content production, local activations, and team events.

What do we require from you?

Proven experience managing marketing projects from concept through execution.

Strong writing and editing skills with a professional, clear voice.

Hands‑on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign).

Experience with social media management, analytics, and lead tracking.

Familiarity with WordPress, Figma, and Google Workspace tools.

Creative problem‑solving mindset and comfort working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Excellent project management skills — organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through are key.

Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and bring energy and ideas to every project.

Willingness to travel for local activations, content shoots, and brand events.

Compensation

Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
