Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our business development and marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will create and implement communication strategies that reflect the firm’s brand and positioning, shape and disseminate high-impact messaging in support of key business goals. This role focuses on creating and managing campaigns that drive organic traffic, nurture prospects, cross‑sell to existing clients, and support overall business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and manage digital content for use in external campaigns
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new leads and nurture existing connections
Work closely with the Content Specialist and Content Coordinator to create, optimize content across blogs, emails, social media, and other digital channels
Produce and edit video content and podcasts to support marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives
Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social media channels
Manage website and landing pages to improve SEO, engagement, and conversion rates
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and inform strategy
Manage marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to segment audiences, track leads, and optimize workflows to support cross‑selling and new client development, working in tandem with the Business Development Specialist
Stay current on inbound marketing best practices, trends, and technologies
Graphic design

Ability to brainstorm ideas to improve digital presence and promote new ideas without waiting for direction
Exercises solid strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize brand consistency
Excellent technological skills for use in a marketing and business development environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with all levels of the firm and outside vendors
Ability to work in a diverse team environment and effectively support the demanding needs of the Firm
Strong customer service skills, able to anticipate needs, exercise independent judgment, and use critical thinking
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion
Qualifications & prior experience:
5–7 years of experience
Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) tools and the ability to craft effective prompts to enhance content creation and workflow efficiency
Experience producing videos or podcasts for a professional services firm, required
High level of proficiency using HubSpot for inbound marketing
High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
High level of proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro
