We are hiring a Jr Graphic Designer. The Jr Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing, editing, maintaining, executing, and facilitating the production of a wide array of creative materials from brief through production for digital and print projects across the organization.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Strategic Marketing and Sales teammates to produce print and digital assets needed to support marketing and promotional tactics.
Evolve and ensure consistency of company brand and brand guidelines.
Take design projects from concept all the way through to completion, including brainstorming, illustration, image selection, design and file preparation.
Assist with design and production of graphics for the company websites, both internal and external.
Ensure technical accuracy and approval of design projects.
Develop and create artwork and templates for the Corporate Communications team to use in email and social media posts.
Create, edit, and polish PowerPoint presentations as needed.
Maintain the company’s design resources and image library.
Support senior staff in assigned project‑based work.
Assist with the creation of video content and digital ads.
Must be highly organized, detail oriented, deadline driven and have a commitment to quality.
Required Skills / Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related discipline.
Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite applications – InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Some familiarity with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
Experience with and understanding of design principles.
Experience with and understanding of information display and messaging hierarchy.
Some experience with video editing and animation.
Some experience with HTML5 ads.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with external agencies and suppliers.
Must possess a technical knowledge of commercial print and digital/web standards.
Ability to speak, read and write English effectively.
Salary And Benefits
For California, the base salary range for this position is $69,000 - $70,762 annually. Compensation will depend on qualifications, education, prior experience and location.
