Solution Designer

Role Description The Solution Designer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Wilmington, DE. Responsibilities include designing tailored technology solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements, and ensuring system integration aligns with organizational goals. The Solution Designer will analyze current business processes, recommend improvements, and contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable solutions. The role will actively involve developing technical specifications, enhancing system performance, and providing ongoing support to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience and knowledge of e-commerce platforms, AI technologies, and Cloud computing is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business processes and recommend actionable solutions

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work on-site in Wilmington, DE

Proficiency in technical documentation and system design methodologies

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred

Prior experience working on digital transformation projects and process improvement is a plus
