January 5, 2026 . Candidates must be based in the Seattle area for occasional on–site/on‑set needs. Responsibilities

Oversee post‑production workflows, scheduling, and maintenance from script intake through delivery. Brief and manage the post‑production team on project intake and through review cycles. Review footage, edits, and audio to ensure delivery meets the standards and vision. Serve as the main point of contact between production team and stakeholders to manage expectations. Track projects per marketplace, noting discrepancies, blockers, and other callouts/needs. Manage editorial resources (folder structure, file names, assets, links/notes). Ensure all content adheres to brand style guidelines, partnership requirements, and platform‑specific specifications. Model adherence to standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring clear communication and compliance. Collaborate with PA, Camera, Production Sound, and Grip/Electric staff on designing seamless workflows from script to screen. Maintain editorial systems, workflows, and server organization within digital asset management tools. Support operational efficiency by adopting new systems and technologies that optimize post‑production workflows. Participate in color correction, audio mixing, graphics integration, and finishing workflows. Qualifications

4+ years of experience in post‑production, editorial, or finishing for broadcast, commercial, or digital content. Proven management of end‑to‑end post‑production workflows (editorial, color, sound, delivery). Strong understanding of editing, motion graphics, audio mixing, and color correction processes. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced creative environment. Excellent communication skills across creative and technical teams. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop) and familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or similar tools. Experience with digital asset management systems and organized file structures for large‑scale productions. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through from intake to final delivery. Problem‑solving mindset with proactive identification of workflow efficiencies. Knowledge of platform‑specific delivery specs (broadcast, YouTube, social, OTT) and brand standards. Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and shifting priorities while maintaining creative integrity. Must be based in Seattle for occasional on‑site or on‑set support. Physical Demands & Travel

Physical demands include bending, sitting, lifting, driving, and prolonged periods at a desk. Typical work in office, on‑set, and home environments. No travel required. Compensation

Pay Range: $39.00 – $42.48 per hour. Salary may vary based on qualifications and work location. Benefits
