Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Instructional Designer
to develop engaging learning experiences and instructional materials. The ideal candidate will apply learning theory and instructional design principles to create effective training solutions across various formats, including eLearning, instructor‑led training, and blended learning.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop instructional content, including storyboards, course outlines, and training materials
Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to course development
Create eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning objectives and ensure content accuracy
Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner profiles to tailor instructional strategies
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
Maintain and update existing training programs to reflect changes in content, technology, or audience needs
Qualifications
Proficiency with instructional design software and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of learning theories, curriculum development, and assessment strategies
Experience designing for diverse audiences and delivery formats
Preferred Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
Graphic design or multimedia production experience
Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and accessibility standards
Experience with data-driven learning analytics
