Health Promotion Manager Location:

This role requires associates to be in-office 1‑2 days per week. The position is strongly preferred to be based in Atlanta, GA. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance of Washington, DC; Hanover, MD; or Richmond, VA. Candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law.

Hours:

Monday — Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST.

Responsibilities:

Develop multi‑year health promotion plans and engagement strategies.

Conduct customer worksite wellness assessments.

Design customized health promotion solutions leveraging marketplace differentiators with the employer and consultant communities.

Optimize the use of wellness dollars to promote member engagement and position wellness as a competitive differentiator with clients.

Design and train the Sales team on how to market and implement innovative health promotion solutions and best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

BA/BS degree in Health Education, Public Health or related field and a minimum of six years’ experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Capabilities, Skills and Experiences:

MS/MA degree preferred.

Registered Nurse, Certified Health Education Specialist, Registered Dietician, or Exercise Physiologist preferred.

Some travel to support clients’ health and wellness events.

Compensation:

Salary range for this position is $85,848 to $141,036. Salary may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The range applies to the District of Columbia (Washington, DC) and Maryland locations.
