What You Will Do You’ll manage the "Run" and "Build" project portfolio, collaborate with business partners and IS service leads, and translate domain expertise into detailed product requirements, user stories, and test plans. Your role supports development teams by ensuring clear, actionable requirements, robust testing, and quality delivery, while maintaining an efficient backlog process.

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with System Architects and Product Managers to align business analysis with engineering and product goals.

Capture the voice of the customer to define business processes and product needs.

Define scope and value for new developments with Product Managers and customers.

Prioritize release scopes and refine the backlog with Engineering and Product Management.

Ensure non‑functional requirements are incorporated and prioritized.

Facilitate breaking epics into features and sprint‑sized user stories; participate in backlog reviews.

Translate complex business and technological needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Ensure acceptance criteria and definition of done are well defined.

Align technical requirements, scenarios, and business process maps with user experience designs.

Provide proactive feedback to stakeholders to keep development on track.

Develop and execute product demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and changes.

Serve as liaison between global DTI functional areas and global development scientists.

Manage custom internal platforms, commercial off‑the‑shelf (COTS) software, and systems integrations.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Doctorate and 2+ years of Life Science/Biotechnology/Pharmacology/Info Systems experience, or Masters and 4+ years, or Bachelor and 6+ years, or Associate and 10+ years, or High‑school/GED and 12+ years.

Preferred Qualifications

Must‑Have Skills: Excellent problem‑solving, Agile Scrum experience, strong communication, experience writing requirements for modern web apps, writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in JIRA.

Good‑to‑Have Skills: Clinical development domain expertise, product roadmap management, low‑code/no‑code test automation, technical thought leadership, Jira Align, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure/Databricks, GCP), DevOps CI/CD.

Professional Certifications: SAFe for Teams certification (preferred).

Soft Skills: Self‑management, mentorship, analytical assessment, strong communication, global virtual teamwork, initiative, multitasking, team orientation, presentation/public speaking.
