JOB SUMMARY: The Digital Marketing Manager serves as a cross-functional leader within Claritev’s marketing organization, responsible for planning, developing, and implementing digital marketing strategies to advance Claritev’s digital ecosystem. This role partners with leaders across departments to create and implement robust and comprehensive digital programs that help transform the digital customer experience and align digital marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and revenue growth. This role will support directing and executing the company’s digital marketing initiatives at both strategic and tactical levels, requiring a strong command of marketing technology, data-driven optimization, and emerging digital trends.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, analytical, and innovative–capable of balancing creativity with performance, and able to translate complex digital strategies into measurable business outcomes. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Own the corporate website, content management, architecture, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, conversions, and compliance – in addition to content management.
2. Ensure site infrastructure, navigation, and UX are aligned with best practices for accessibility, SEO, AI SEO or GEO, and global audiences.
3. Leverage and implement generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Evertune) to enhance digital engagement and marketing efficiency through chatbot experiences, personalized content, automated copywriting, and intelligent FAQs.
4. Support corporate events and philanthropy initiatives by driving digital promotion, ensuring strong on-site and post-event brand presence, and collaborating with internal and external partners to showcase corporate values and community impact across web and digital channels.
Provide regular performance dashboards and insights to leadership
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
5. Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to manage and optimize Claritev’s digital channels ensuring a cohesive experience across the corporate website, paid/organic social media, and digital advertising.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content, creative, and messaging with marketing and business objectives. Distribute content through appropriate digital channels to increase brand visibility, amplify engagement and thought leadership, and drive revenue growth.
