Account Manager, Influencer Marketing (Senior Media Buyer)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid media and influencer amplification strategies to meet client KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, delivering proactive recommendations and transparent communication.
  • Own reporting and analytics, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Manage end‑to‑end paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and emerging platforms.
  • Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring profitable execution and identifying growth opportunities.

Success Milestones

By 2 months: Strong relationships, clear client goals, and proficiency with AP tools.

By 4 months: Independent management of portfolio, strategic guidance, and consistent delivery of measurable results.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years managing paid social or paid media campaigns (agency preferred).
  • Success in budget management, optimization, and KPI delivery.
  • Hands‑on experience with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Experience presenting reports and insights to clients.
  • Knowledge of paid media integration with influencer and affiliate channels.
  • Familiarity with ad tech, attribution, and tracking systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
