Account Manager, Influencer Marketing (Senior Media Buyer)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media and influencer amplification strategies to meet client KPIs.
- Serve as the primary client contact, delivering proactive recommendations and transparent communication.
- Own reporting and analytics, translating data into actionable insights.
- Manage end‑to‑end paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and emerging platforms.
- Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring profitable execution and identifying growth opportunities.
Success Milestones
By 2 months: Strong relationships, clear client goals, and proficiency with AP tools.
By 4 months: Independent management of portfolio, strategic guidance, and consistent delivery of measurable results.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years managing paid social or paid media campaigns (agency preferred).
- Success in budget management, optimization, and KPI delivery.
- Hands‑on experience with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Experience presenting reports and insights to clients.
- Knowledge of paid media integration with influencer and affiliate channels.
- Familiarity with ad tech, attribution, and tracking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
