We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team. This contractor role offers a great opportunity to grow within the ad tech industry, gain hands‑on experience, and be part of a dynamic and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize relationships with Supply & Demand partners, ensuring strong performance.
• Oversee integration processes across ad networks, ad exchanges, and platforms like GAM.
• Analyze oRTB campaign performance and implement data‑driven optimizations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to digital ad delivery and integrations.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve ad formats, connection types, and overall programmatic strategies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and suggest innovative solutions to improve performance.

Requirements

• 1‑2 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with hands‑on experience in oRTB, ad networks, ad exchanges, or GAM.
• Experience managing platform partnerships and optimizing performance.
• Strong understanding of Excel and data analysis in programmatic environments.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
