This role is not remote; you must work at the Long Island office.

Base pay range: $55,000 - $85,000 per year. Additional performance bonuses are possible.

Rapid Home Service Group is a Long Island-based home‑service platform behind brands such as Rapid Roofing and BOSS Decks.

Position Overview

You will manage marketing campaigns across several brands within Rapid Home Service Group. Each brand has its own look, feel, and audience. You will support the Marketing Director on ad management, oversee a small team of overseas vendors, and coordinate everything from creative production to campaign tracking.

What You’ll Do

• Help manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube)
• Track performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters (many remote/overseas)
• Assist in planning and managing brand marketing budgets
• Help build landing pages, funnels, and email campaigns
• Manage marketing schedules, deadlines, and performance reports
• Learn and implement marketing systems and automations (GoHighLevel, etc.)
• Collaborate directly with leadership to execute growth initiatives

Who You Are

• Some experience in digital marketing or paid ads, and ready for more responsibility
• Understanding of how campaigns, creative, and metrics work together
• Organized, accountable, and ready to take ownership
• Leadership potential – take initiative, not just direction
• Confidence working with remote vendors and managing multiple projects
• A desire to grow fast and eventually lead your own team
