Are you a digital whiz who loves creating awesome advertising solutions? The Sam’s Club Member Access Platform (MAP) is looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our vibrant team. You’ll be the go‑to person for top‑notch strategic account planning, inventory insights, and exclusive deals while working from one of our hubs in Bentonville, AR, Hoboken, NJ, or San Bruno, CA. You’ll collaborate with senior executives, ad sales, operations, and merchant teams, and also with suppliers’ brand managers and e‑commerce teams. Your mission: increase growth and help businesses shine both online and offline using Sam’s Club’s powerful data.

Responsibilities

  • Build strategic campaign recommendations based on an understanding of the suppliers’ goals and marketing objectives.
  • Manage suppliers’ campaign strategies, programs, and investments.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end creative process between the supplier and MAP’s creative team.
  • Manage agency proposal templates and tagging.
  • Partner with campaign management on activation, trafficking, and optimizations.
  • Provide updates with clients and internal partners regarding campaigns.
  • Work with measurement and analytics to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Share applicable insights to support suppliers’ strategy and drive incremental revenue.
  • Support monthly campaign billing, ensuring accuracy and delivery.
  • Partner with sales professionals to develop proposals, provide deal evaluation, revisions, and follow‑up.
  • Collaborate on quarterly business reviews and joint business partnerships.
  • Maintain relationships, manage daily business with clients, and identify growth opportunities to increase additional revenue beyond the original contracted amount.
  • Lead campaign kick‑offs and performance discussions with clients.
  • Provide technical guidance on campaign specifications and troubleshoot conflicts.
  • Achieve all role‑specific accountability metrics and goals.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience building media plan recommendations.
  • 3+ years of experience working with sellers, suppliers, and vendors.
  • 3+ years of experience in business management, marketing, omni‑channel merchandising, marketplace, or a related area, OR a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Knowledge of analytics, advertising data/tech, and DMP technologies.

Additional Qualifications (Optional)

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, business, marketing, or sales along with 2 years’ experience in business management, marketing, sales, or omni‑channel merchandising.
  • 4 years’ experience in business management, marketing, sales, or omni‑channel merchandising.
  • Leading cross‑functional teams and a master’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $96,000.00 / yr – $186,000.00 / yr.
  • Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

  • Bentonville, Arkansas – $80,000.00–$155,000.00.
