About the Role
Own the entire creative pipeline for CGI, VFX and AI‑enhanced video content—from concept and storyboarding to modeling, animation, lighting, visual effects, compositing, and final edit. Produce cinematic‑quality visuals that bring products and brand stories to life.
Responsibilities
- Develop vision, storyboard, and style for CGI, VFX, and AI video content; create assets, motion graphics, animations, and AI‑enhanced visuals.
- Model, texture, light, animate, and render 3D assets; integrate visual effects to meet project objectives.
- Apply or develop lighting simulation skills using IES photometric data to enhance visual realism.
- Handle VFX compositing, sound design, color grading, and final video polishing; ensure highest quality output.
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries; leverage new technologies, AI tools, and innovative approaches to elevate visual storytelling.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to scale production and meet deadlines efficiently.
About You
We value experience and a strong portfolio, but the following qualifications are essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in art, digital media, computer graphics, animation, film, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience preferred; exceptional portfolio and proven skills considered.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.) and professional CGI/VFX software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Unreal Engine.
- Excellent storyboarding, creative direction, hands‑on implementation, and VFX integration skills—capable of taking projects from concept to final edit.
- Exceptional communication and project‑management skills, able to collaborate across teams and vendors.
- Experience with Archviz (Architectural Visualization), AI video platforms and lighting simulation (IES photometric data) highly desirable.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

- Salary: $92,000 – $134,860 (experience dependent).
- Bonus: target bonus opportunity – 10%.
