Communication Operations & Optimization, Director (Technology & Innovation) – Remote

Base Pay Range
$66.85/hr – $100.30/hr
Responsibilities
Executes Advocate Health’s internal communications content strategy in line with the broader internal communications strategy and business priorities. Leads the integration of AI tools into the communications function, and drives technology-focused initiatives including the evolution of intranet-style platforms, building and maintenance of SharePoint sites, and platform crosswalk strategy to support audience management. Embeds AI into scheduling and governance processes, collaborates closely with leadership and content owners, and manages a centralized "air traffic control" function for message timing and relevance. Integrates technology into channel optimization and measurement activities, staying current on emerging communication technologies and platforms to enhance channel efficiency and effectiveness, with a focus on intranet evolution, internal social media, and internal communications best practices and trends.
Minimum Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, advertising, or a related business field, or a bachelor’s degree combined with relevant experience.
Work Experience
Typically requires 7 years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related business field, including experience with formulating and executing comprehensive communications strategies.
