About The Job

The Senior Manager of Publishing Creative is tasked with identifying, signing, and cultivating exceptional songwriters and producers, as well as supporting the creative direction and output of our artist roster. This position plays a crucial role in shaping the label's publishing and artist strategy—balancing commercial potential with long-term artistic goals.

The ideal candidate possesses strong creative intuition, an extensive network of collaborators, and a dedication to nurturing talent across different genres. By collaborating closely with A&R and Sync, this individual will help create opportunities that raise the profile of both our songwriters and recording artists worldwide.

Must have 5+ years of experience in music publishing, creative/A&R roles, or similar positions.
